The Moldable Wi-Fi Spy Camera is a versatile surveillance solution with 1080P HD quality and two versions available: one with 140° viewing and 12 hours of battery life, and another with 360° panoramic viewing and up to 10 hours of battery life.

Its flexible design allows it to be adjusted to different angles, adapting to any environment. It features IR night vision for recording in low-light conditions, motion detection to capture only the essentials, and loop recording via a microSD card up to 128GB.

Thanks to its Wi-Fi connectivity, you can access or review recordings live from your mobile phone wherever you are. It also allows you to record while charging, ensuring continuous surveillance in your home, office, or any space that requires discreet and effective security.

Step 0 - Model Selection

Click on the image corresponding to the model purchased to access the instructions

140º model

Step 1 - Load

  • The battery is shipped with a low charge. It should be charge with the included USB charger.
  • El loading time is approximately 3 hours when connected to a 2 amp charger at 5 Volts (Maximum 5V 2.0A), using more amperage will reduce the life of the camera's built-in battery). 

The camera can be charged while on, but this will increase charging time. It's also possible to use the camera while it's always connected to the charger.

Step 2 - Insert microSD

  • If you plan to store videos on a microSD, you must insert it before ignition in the slot up to hear a click.
  • It is recommended format the card to FAT 32 format and use a card with a Class 10 transfer speed.
  • The minimum size allowed is 2 GB and the maximum 128 GB.

Step 3 - Power On, Power Off, and Restart

  • You can Turn on y Delete the camera sliding the switch to position ON / OFF respectively.
  • During the ignition we will be able to The LED will indicate the status of the camera:
    • Blue LED – Flashing: Waiting for Wi-Fi configuration.
  • To restart the camera and reset to factory settings, press the Reset button for at least 6 seconds while the camera is on. Wait 20 seconds for it to reset.

Step 4 - Install the app

  • Search for the app "Ease Life" on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) and download it.
  • When you open the app, select "Register account" if you are a new user.
  • Next, enter your country, phone number or email and follow the instructions to verify your account.
  • Do not share your credentials to prevent unauthorized access.

Step 5 - WiFi Remote Viewing

  • With the camera on open the app, click on +  and in "Adding the AP hotspot". After pclick on "Next".
  • Then Select the Wi-Fi network to which we want to connect and its password.. Then, click on "Next step".
  • Click on "Go to the layout"And Connect to the Wi-Fi network created by the camera named "CAM_AP_…"
  • Wait for the connection process to finish and press “Next step"
  • Name the device as you prefer and press “Start the experiment"

Step 6 - App Interface

From the main camera screen in the app you can:

  • Activate or deactivate the microphone audio.
  • Record a video and save it on your mobile.
  • capture images risk management.
  • View in fullscreen.
  • Check the alarm history.
  • Play videos previous by sliding up on the image.
  • Activate automatic tracking (if available).

Step 7 - Cloud Storage (Optional)

  • you can hire cloud storage from the app.
  • Options include 7 or 30 day recording cycles, with monthly or annual subscription.
  • cloud storage allows dual backup along with microSD card.
  • It is recommended to activate this function to avoid losing important videos.

360º model

Step 1 - Load

  • The camera emits a green light while charging that turns off when it reaches 100%.

Step 2 - Insert MicroSD

Step 3 - Power On, Power Off, and Restart

  • Turn on the camera pressing the power button.
  • During the ignition we can hear a voice indicating in English the ignition steps and status of the product and The LEDs will indicate the status of the camera:
    • Red LED – Steady: Waiting for Wi-Fi configuration.
    • Blue LED – Steady: Wi-Fi configuration completed.
    • Blue LED – Fast Flashing: Disconnected from the configured Wi-Fi network.
    • Blue and Red LED – Fixed: Error in configuration, it is necessary to reset the camera.
  • To turn it off, press with the included clip into the hole indicated by the letters OFF on the bottom of the camera.
  • To restart the camera and reset to factory settings, press the Reset button for at least 6 seconds while the camera is on. Wait 20 seconds for it to reset.

Step 4 - Install the app

  • Search for the app "V380 Pro" on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) and download it.
  • When starting the application it is necessary grant all required permissions y create a user or log in to our user account.
  • Do not share your credentials to prevent unauthorized access.

Step 5 - WiFi Remote Viewing

To perform the following steps it is advisable to keep the Wifi and Bluetooth activated during setup.

  1. Turn on the camera and wait at least 15 seconds to start. When the camera's Wi-Fi is activated, a light will turn on Steady red LED.

  2. Access the application and click on "Add device", scan the QR code located on the back of the camera and press "WiFi connected device".

  3. Select "Hotspot Connection", click on the WiFi network to which the camera will connect (Only 2.4 GHz type networks are allowed) is indicates the password of the WiFi network.

  4. Click on "Connect AP Point" y connect to the camera's Wi-Fi network with a name MVXXXXXXXXIf a message appears indicating that the Wi-Fi network has no internet connection, click on "Maintain connection".

  5. Go back to the app and the camera will finish setting up.

  6. Lastly, connect to the same Wi-Fi network that the camera and Scan the camera's QR code again if requested. the app. When the camera is correctly configured the blue light stays on.

While we view the camera we can adjust various parameters, make recordings, images, etc. We can also change other settings on the main screen of the app by clicking on the 3 dots icon.

Step 6 - Fixation

  • The camera can look at various positions using the included stand and the 3M adhesive strip.

Frequent Problems

Why won't the camera turn on?

Why won't the camera connect to the WiFi network?

  • Verify that you internet connection works correctly.
  • Reboot the device keeping Press the button for 6 seconds to reset the camera.
  • Make sure that the WiFi password does not contain special characters that is, too long.

Why aren't the videos recording?

  • Check that the microSD card is inserted correctly inserted and with space for available storage.
  • Enter the microSD in a computer and check that you can read it.
  • It is recommended to format the microSD en FAT32 format.
  • Remember to use a microSD up to 128 Gb and that the transfer speed is minimum 10 Class.
  • If you use only cloud storage, check that the subscription is active.

Why can't I log in to the App?

  • Make sure you enter the correct phone number o registered email.
  • If you forgot your password, use the recovery option that is available in the app.
