Mini Wifi Spy Camera Instructions

The Mini WiFi Spy Camera is a portable and versatile surveillance solution, available in three versions (HD, HD-PIR, and Full HD-PIR) to suit different security environments.

Its compact design with Wi-Fi connectivity allows for remote control from your phone via app, access to recordings, and real-time alerts. It offers HD or Full HD recording, night vision, motion detection, and, in the most advanced version, two-way audio and 360° rotation. Battery life varies by model, reaching up to 45 days in standby mode.

Thanks to its magnetic mount (HD and HD-PIR), it can be easily installed on multiple surfaces. Compatible with microSD cards up to 128 GB, it's ideal for monitoring homes, offices, or any other space without raising suspicion. A smart and discreet tool for efficient surveillance.

Mini Wifi HD Spy Camera Model

Button Description

  • On off: Press once to turn on. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
  • Reset: Press and hold the MODE button for 6 seconds.
  • Card slot: Insert a MicroSD card (maximum 32GB) to record videos locally.

Step 1 - Download the App

  • Download the application "iWFCam" by scanning the QR code in the manual or search for it at:

    • Google Play (Android)

    • App Store (iPhone/iPad)

    • You can also install the APK file directly if you are on Android.

Step 2 - Camera-Mobile Connection (AP Mode)

  1. Turn on the camera by pressing the ON/OFF button.
  2. Go to the WiFi settings from your phone.
  3. Connect to the access point that begins with BK* (no password).
  4. On Android, you may see a prompt to confirm the connection. Accept and keep the connection active.

Note: The initial connection should be made at a maximum distance of 5 meters to ensure a good signal.

Step 3 - Remote Camera-App Connection (IP Mode)

  1. Open the application iWFCam.
  2. The camera will automatically appear as connected.
  3. Tap the settings icon next to the camera and select Configure WiFi.
  4. Select your home WiFi network (2.4G) and enter the password.
  5. Wait for the camera to reboot. Once "Online" appears, the setup is successful.

Note: Keep the camera within 5 meters of the router during this setup.

Step 4 - Live View from the App

  1. Tap the camera to access the real-time view.
  2. The app may ask you to change your access password (recommended for security reasons).
  3. From this screen you can adjust:
    • Bright
    • Activate night vision
    • Video quality
    • Audio / Microphone
    • Record video or take photos

Mini Wifi HD PIR Spy Camera Model

On and off

  • Turn on: press and hold the power button.
  • Delete: press and hold the power button.
  • Camera Reset: hold the button R until the indicator light turns off. The camera will restart automatically.

Charging and Power

  • Connect it to a power source 5V/1A USB to charge it.
    • Orange light on: Charging.
    • Orange light off: Full load.

If you don't see the orange light, turn on the camera to start charging.

LED Indicators

  • Point-to-point (AP) mode: Slow flashing light.
  • Remote Mode (IP): Fixed light.
  • Remote mode without network connection: Rapid flashing light.

You can turn the indicators on/off from the app.

Step 1 - Download the App

Download the app iWFCam from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). There are no subscription costs or additional payments.

Step 2 - Camera-Mobile Connection (AP Mode)

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. On your mobile, go to Settings> Wi-Fi and connect to the camera's WiFi network (type name BG*/BH***/BK***).
    • It may show “No Internet Access,” but you should still connect.
  3. Open the application iWFCamThe camera will automatically appear and display “online.”

Notes:

  • Keep your phone within 10 meters of the camera.
  • Make sure you grant all permissions requested by the app.

If you don't see the camera's WiFi network, reset it by holding down R o M.

Step 3 - Remote Camera-App Connection (IP Mode)

  1. Connect to the camera in AP mode as instructed above.
  2. In the app, go to Device Settings > WiFi Settings.
  3. Select your home WiFi network (2.4GHz only), enter the password and press OK.
  4. The camera will reboot. If “online” appears, the connection was successful.

Important:

  • The WiFi network must be within 10 meters of the camera.
  • Make sure your Wi-Fi name and password don't contain any special symbols.

Step 4 - Set a Password

  • The default password is 8888.
  • You can change it in the app.
  • If you forget it, restart the camera to reset it to 8888.

Mini Wifi Spy Camera Model Full HD PIR

On and off

  • Press the ON/OFF button once to turn on the camera.
  • Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn it off.
  • To reset the camera, press and hold the button for 6 seconds.

Step 1 - Installing the Application

Download the application iWFCam from Google Play, App Store or by scanning the included QR code.

Step 2 - Direct Camera-Mobile Connection (AP Mode)

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. On your mobile, connect to the WiFi network generated by the BH camera… (it will appear automatically).
  3. For better signal, keep your phone within 5 meters of the camera.

Step 3 - Remote Camera-App Connection (IP Mode)

  1. Launch the APP and add the camera automatically.
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Advanced Settings” > “WiFi Config”, select your home network and enter the password.
  3. Once the camera shows "Online" status, the connection has been successful.

Step 4 - Password Setup

  • The default password is 8888.
  • You can change it from the APP for security reasons.
  • If you forget it, reset the camera to restore the original password.

Step 5 - Live Viewing

  • By selecting the camera in the APP, you can adjust:
    • Contrast and brightness
    • Night vision
    • Resolution (720p/1080p)
    • recording of video and audio
    • photo capture
    • Microphone communication

Step 6 - Sleep Function (hibernation)

  • Activate Sleep mode from the APP to extend battery life.
  • In this mode, the camera automatically goes into standby mode when not in use.
  • To keep the camera active all the time, disable Sleep mode.
  • Make sure Sleep mode is disabled so that the function Motion detection works correctly.

Frequent Problems

How to change Wi-Fi networks?

Reset your camera before reconfiguring it if you change location or network.

Why is the SD card not detected?

Format the card before use or replace it if the problem persists.

Why isn't Sleep Mode working?

Sleep mode only works when connected remotely (IP). It does not work when connected to an AP.

Why isn't Motion Detection working?

  • If your camera has a “sleep” feature, you must disable it to enable motion detection.
  • If it includes a PIR sensor, it can detect motion without deactivating sleep mode.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Reset the camera to return to the default password: 8888.

How to avoid losing recorded videos?

Before turning off the camera, please stop recording from the APP to avoid file loss.

Is it normal for the camera to get hot?

 The camera may become slightly warm during use; this is normal. It does not affect its operation.

Can I charge it with any charger?

Use only a 5V/1A USB charger. Do not connect to sources higher than 5V, as this may damage the battery.
