Do you send the products to my country?

It's very likely we can ship to your country because we ship to almost every country in the world. To confirm this, place your order online. If you enter your delivery address and it says no shipping options are available, it means we don't ship to your country.

What days of the year do you not ship? What is the cut-off time?

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email with the subject "Your order of PingaOculto has been sent!" or "Note added to your Order..." with the link and tracking number. If you haven't received it within 24 business hours of placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I pick up my order at the Madrid store?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store in Madrid, Spain. When placing your order, please provide a mainland Spanish address so you'll be able to select in-store pickup. You'll receive an email when your order is ready.

Can I pick up my order at a Collection Point?

For delivery to a pickup point, you must first check the carrier that will deliver your order above on this page.

  • If your order is delivered by GLS or UPS, you'll receive an email when it's shipped or ready for delivery. You can select a collection point near your specified address. You can check the GLS Collection Points and UPS Collection Points.
  • If your order is delivered by Post Office you must indicate the address of the post Office and indicate in the "Order Note" field delivery to Post Office.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?

You must contact us as soon as possible through any of our communication channels so we can modify the address in our system. You can view them by clicking here.

Do I have to pay to receive the package? What about customs?

Upon receiving your package, you will not have to pay anything, except:

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, cash is required to make the payment, and it is recommended to have the exact amount.

  • For shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), you must pay the corresponding customs fees, which are not included in the order price.

  • For shipments to countries outside the European Union, you must pay the applicable customs and import taxes in your country. These costs are not covered.

Can delivery be delayed beyond the estimated time?

Estimated delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events, periods of high demand (such as promotional campaigns or holiday seasons), or holidays. In these situations, delivery times may be slightly extended. We recommend placing your orders in advance.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

Before your package is delivered, you'll receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

If you're not home when the courier attempts delivery, they'll find the best alternative. They may leave the package at a pickup point near your location or schedule a new delivery to your home for the next day. Remember to check your email and text messages because you'll receive notifications from the carrier.

I haven't received my order. What do I do?

First, check your order tracking, emails received from the carrier, and text messages. It's very likely that the carrier has contacted you.

There are three main reasons why you may not have received your package:

  1. Customs: A customs payment is pending before receiving your order. Go to the carrier's website and track your order with your tracking number to proceed with payment.
  2. Incorrect address: We suggest you verify that the address provided during purchase is correct.

  3. Failed delivery attempts: Carriers make up to two delivery attempts. After this time, the item is deposited at a collection point.

If they haven't been able to contact you and it's been more than 7 business days since the first delivery attempt, we'll begin the process of returning the package to our offices. We recommend checking your text messages, calls, and emails to verify messages from the carrier.

What happens if delivery is not possible or I cannot be reached?

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control PingaOculto If your package has been returned to our warehouse for more than 7 business days and has been delivered for more than XNUMX business days, we will automatically process a refund for the full amount of your order, excluding shipping costs.
