All items purchased at www.pingaoculto.es have a 2 YEAR warranty. This period will increase to 3 YEARS in Spain, as established by Decree-Law 7/2021 regarding the Guarantee on the Sale of Consumer Goods. The product warranty may be affected in the following cases:

  • Faults produced as a consequence of improper use or outside the specified environmental conditions, defects in the installation, or wear due to normal use of the equipment.
  • Damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, earthquake or storm.
  • Cosmetic damage or scratches on plastic materials such as casings.
  • LCD panels or displays with visible scratches or cracks.
  • Damage caused by impacts with other objects, falls, liquid spills or immersion in liquids.
  • Failure as a result of manipulations carried out by unauthorized technicians, as well as subsequent modifications or extensions not included in the original configuration.
  • Problems due to compatibility or installation of peripherals or software purchased from third parties.
  • Consumable parts, such as the battery. A reduction in battery life due to repeated charging/discharging processes or lack of charging for long periods of time is considered normal.
  • Damage by accident, abuse, misuse or improper applications.
  • Deterioration due to normal use, including carrying bag, plastic casings, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, manuals and batteries.
  • Any failure or damage if the serial number and barcode label of the product or any of its components has been modified, erased or removed.

Returns

In case of lack of conformity, the customer may choose between return, exchange or repair.

The return of the complete or partial order, as informed to us, must be sent within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order and a fixed cost of €7,99 will be charged. In PingaOculto We reserve the right to deny a return in the event that the product presents a failure caused by misuse similar to those indicated on this page in the "Reasons for Loss of Warranty" section. Shipping will not be refundable except if the established deadline has not been met, as long as it is a problem of the logistics company and not the client (Absentee, Incorrect Address...). *We reserve the right to reject the return of a product for hygienic reasons if it is verified that it has been used, being applicable to earphones and clothing.

If you choose to exchange for another product, you also have 14 days from receipt of the order. In order to speed up the process, it will be processed as a return and you can place a new order for the desired product.

The repair will always be free in case it is a factory defect or similar. Out-of-Warranty repair will have a variable repair cost depending on the problem that the product presents.
