Legality depends on the laws of each country, and it is recommended that you review them in detail and consult with a lawyer. In Spain, the legality of recording a conversation depends on who is making the recording and the circumstances in which it is carried out:
Participant in the conversation: If you are part of the conversation, you can record it without informing or obtaining consent from the other participants. This practice is legal and does not violate the right to privacy of communications.
Third party not involved in the conversation: Recording a conversation in which you are not participating, without the consent of the other parties, is illegal and constitutes a crime against privacy, according to Article 197.1 of the Spanish Criminal Code.
It is important to note that, although recording your own conversation is legal, the diffusion of such recording without the consent of the participants may constitute a crime of disclosure of secrets.
In the judicial sphere, recordings in which one is a party may be admitted as evidence, provided that they have been obtained lawfully and with respect for the fundamental rights of the persons involved.
In summary, you can legally record a conversation in which you are participating, but you must be cautious about the subsequent use of that recording so as not to break the law.
A spy earpiece is a wireless communication device that is placed inside the ear canal, allowing audio to be received discreetly. It works in conjunction with a transmitter or inductor that sends the audio signal to the spy earpiece, ensuring covert communication.

Yes, our spy earpieces are designed to be completely invisible when properly placed in the ear, ensuring complete discretion during use.
- The nano spy earpieces are completely hidden inside the ear canal thanks to their small size of only 3 mm, similar to the size of a lentil. The nano spy earpiece is completely safe as it does not contain any internal electronic components in the earpiece. It works thanks to the material it is made of, which reacts to the inductive waves from the collar or induction element, vibrating and producing sound. It is the right size to ensure safe use and insertion into the ear canal.
- The Vip Pro spy earpieces are completely hidden due to their small size (smaller than they appear in the images) and the upward shape of the ear canal. We recommend the Vip Pro Supermini or Ultramini models due to their small size.

However, the appropriate or inappropriate use of the earpiece is the client's responsibility, who must assess how and when to use it. Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that earpieces have legitimate and legal applications in various fields:

The use of inhibitors is really rare in most countries because regulations prevent them from being installed in spaces that are not controlled by the state security forces. It is common for signs to indicate that inhibitors are in use, but they are rarely used. If there are any, you may still be able to use the spy earpiece because each jammer blocks a specific type of signal (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) or frequency.
The use of frequency detectors is not common and, when used, they have a limited range. All our spy earpieces use short-range electromagnetic induction between the collar or inductor and the spy earpiece. Bluetooth, GSM or Wi-Fi connections depend greatly on the type of detector and the frequencies it picks up, as detectors with a wide frequency range are very expensive.
The use of metal detectors is not common and, when used, they have a limited range. All our products use a low amount of metal, especially the spy earpieces. Detection depends greatly on the type of detector and its sensitivity setting. In our experience and that of other customers, they are not usually detected.
A spy camera is a video recording or image capture device designed to be discreet and unnoticeable. These cameras can be hidden in everyday objects and, depending on the model, can transmit images in real time or store them for later review.
Yes, spy cameras can be detected using specialized equipment that identifies transmission signals or lens reflections. However, the most advanced cameras are designed to minimize these possibilities and remain virtually undetectable.
A spy microphone is an audio recording device designed to discreetly capture sounds. It can be hidden in various objects and, depending on the model, can transmit audio in real time or store it for later analysis.
The range of a spy microphone varies depending on the model and sensitivity of the device. Some can pick up conversations within a radius of several metres, while others are designed to record sounds in more specific areas.
To neutralise a spy microphone, frequency jammers can be used to block the transmission of audio signals. In addition, there are devices that generate white noise to interfere with audio recording, making conversations inaudible.

Shipping and Delivery
It is very likely that we can ship to your country because we ship to almost every country in the world. To confirm, place your order on the website and if no shipping options appear when you enter the delivery address, it means that we do not ship to your country.

Our shipments are 100% discreet. The package does not have any distinctive markings or shipping labels that indicate its contents. In addition, they always have an adhesive seal so that you can tell if it has been opened.
We offer express shipping with delivery within 24 hours in Spain and Portugal, 24-48 hours in Europe, and 2-7 days to the rest of the world. More information here.

Yes, you can collect your order from our shop in Madrid, Spain. When placing your order, please provide a delivery address in mainland Spain so that you can select the in-store collection option. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
For delivery to a collection point, you must first check the carrier that will deliver your order at the top of this page.
- If your order is delivered by GLS or UPS, you will receive an email when it is shipped or ready for delivery, and you can select a pick-up point near the address you provided. You can check the GLS Collection Points and UPS Collection Points.
- If your order is delivered by Correos (Post Office), you must indicate the address of the post Office and and indicate in the "Order Note" field delivery to Post Office.

Upon receiving your package, you will not have to pay anything, except:
For cash on delivery orders, you must have cash available to make the payment, and we recommend having the exact amount.
For shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), you must pay the corresponding customs fees, which are not included in the order price.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, you must pay the customs and import duties applicable in your country. These costs are not covered.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, periods of high demand (such as promotional campaigns or Christmas periods) or public holidays. In these situations, delivery times may be slightly extended. We recommend that you place your orders in advance.

If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will look for the best alternative. They may leave the package at a collection point near your location or schedule a new delivery to your address for the following day. There are three main reasons why you may not have received your package:
- Customs: There is a customs payment pending to receive your order. Please access the carrier's website and track your order using your tracking number to proceed with payment.
Incorrect address: We suggest you check that the address provided during the purchase is correct.
Failed delivery attempts: Carriers make up to two delivery attempts. After this period, the item is deposited at a collection point.
If we have been unable to contact you and more than 7 working days have passed since the first delivery attempt, we will begin the process of returning the package to our offices. We recommend that you check your SMS messages, calls and emails to verify any messages from the carrier.
If an order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond PingaOculto's control and more than 7 working days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouses. In this case, we will automatically process a refund for the total amount of your order, excluding shipping costs.
At PingaOculto, we strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. We package each item with padding or bubble wrap and check the weight of the packages to ensure that nothing is missing. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or an item is missing, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return the product. We want you to be able to try it out with complete peace of mind.

Warranty and Support
All items purchased at www.pingaoculto.com have a two-year warranty. This period is extended to three years in Spain, according to Decree-Law 2/3 on the Guarantee on the Sale of Consumer Goods.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that may arise during normal use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorised modifications or natural wear and tear.
