The Remote Control Button Camera is a compact and discreet device that allows you to capture high-quality images and videos In a simple way. Equipped with integrated microphone y a remote control. Instructions

Step 1 - Load

It is necessary to charge the product before its first use. To charge the battery Connect the included charging cable to the microUSB port on the product and connect to computer or charger charging time is about 3 hours when connected to a 5 Volt and 1 Amp charger (Maximum 5V 1.0A, using more amperage will reduce the life of the camera's built-in battery).

To charge without microSD:

Put the switch in the ON position
Connect the camera to charging
Press the lock button once without unlocking
The blue light will turn on
Charging takes about 3 hours

To load with microSD:

Connect the camera to charging
Charging is not indicated by any LED
It will be charged in approximately 3 hours

It does not need to be turned on for it to charge. Charging is not indicated by any LED so it should be left at least 3 hours for 100%.

Step 2 - MicroSD

Introduce before ignition MicroSD into the slot until you hear a click. It is advisable to use a card with a minimum speed Class 10 and format the card to FAT 32 format. The maximum size allowed is 128 GB.

Step 3 - Power On/Off

To turn on the camera set the camera switch to the position ON.

Step 4 - Video Recording

After turning on the camera, use the buttons on the remote control to:

Open Padlock Button: Start recording. The blue LED will flash twice and the camera will vibrate three times.
Closed Padlock Button: Stop recording. The camera will vibrate three times and the blue LED will flash 3 times.

The camera can be used while charging. To do this, use the same procedure. The camera will indicate the start and end of the recording with 1 vibration for the start of the recording and 3 vibrations for the end of the recording.

The camera save the recording in 5 minute videos For security.

Step 5 - Watermark Adjustment

To modify the watermark on videos connect via USB to a computer and open the time.txt file.

We can adjust the date and time of the watermark. For example, if we want to indicate the date 10/06/2023 and time 12:00, we will modify the first line of text to:

2023-06-10,12:00:00 Y

In addition, we can activate/deactivate the mark of water changing between Y (activated) or N (deactivated).

Remember save changes to file.

Frequent Problems

1 - Does not turn on

To know the status of the charge:

Remove the microSD
Turn on the camera by placing the switch in the ON position
Press the button on the remote control with the padlock open. A solid blue light and a flashing red light will appear.

A red light will flash while charging and it will be fixed when it is at 100%. It does not need to be turned on for it to charge.

2 - Does not store

Enter the microSD into a computer and check that you can read it.

Remember to use a microSD up to 128GB and with a minimum Class 10.
