Instructions
Step 1 - Load
It is necessary to charge the product before its first use. To charge the battery connect to the load with the switch OFF. El charging time is about 5 hours when connected to a charging from a 5 Volt and 1 Amp USB port (
Maximum 5V 1A, if more amperage is used, the useful life will be reduced or the battery will stop working).

Step 2 - Power On/Off and Recording
To record DO NOT connect headphones, and set the side switch to position ON. The red light will flash 3 times and recording will start. For stop recording, move the switch to the OFF position. The audio files will be automatically divided into files of maximum 4 hours.
For activate automatic recording mode when detecting sound DO NOT connect headphones, and set the side switch to position ON. When the red light, press and hold the button – until the light flashes blue light 3 times. Sound detection recording is activated. For stop recording by sound detection, move the switch to the OFF position.
For record while charging set the switch to position ON and while the red light is flashing or the blue light is solid Press and hold the – button for 5 seconds. When the red light goes off the recording will begin. For stop recording, move the switch to the OFF position.
For record while listening to audio with headphones DO NOT connect headphones, and set the side switch to position ON. When the red light, press and hold the + and – button simultaneously until the light goes out. La recording will have started and we can connect the headphones. For stop recording and stop playback, move the switch to the OFF position.
For check recorder status hold down the button – until the light turns on red light (recording) or blue light (detection recording).
Step 3 - Playback and Delete
If it turns on with headphones connected to the 3.5mm jack port wait 5 seconds and music playback will start. While playing, the buttons allow:
- M button – Switch between Playing Songs or Recordings and vice versa.
- Volume +/Hold Button - Turn up the volume
- Volume + button / Press – Next Audio
- Volume Button – / Hold – Volume Down
- Volume button – / Press – Previous Audio
To access the file deletion menu press while playing + and – buttons simultaneously. La red and blue light will flash. Next, to delete the recording or song that was playing, Press either the volume + button or the volume – button. The blue light will flash confirming the deletion. For delete all files of songs or recording (depending on what was playing) press the volume button + or – simultaneously. It is recommended, to avoid losing files by mistake, to perform the deletion on your computer.
Step 4 - Parameter and Time Settings
To modify various parameters of the 8GB Magnetic Recorder connect via USB to a computer and open the FACTORY.txt file.
- We can adjust the date and time of the files running the file «SET DISK TIME.exe» to set the current computer time to the recorder.
- The VOR value establishes the sound detection recording. The Values from 1 to 5 establish the sensitivity, with 1 being the least sensitive and 5 the most sensitive (activation with fewer decibels).
- The BIT RATE value allows adjust recording quality from 0 to 9 for the values 192/32/64/128/192/384/512/768/1024/1536Kbps respectively. TO The higher the value, the higher the recording quality. and the greater the battery consumption (except the number 0 which is the standard value). Settings 1 to 4 save files in the lowest quality format .MP3 and values 0 and 5 to 9 in the high quality file format .WAV.
- The GAIN value defines microphone sensitivity in the range from 1 to 7, with 7 being the most sensitive.
- The SEG value corresponds to the seconds in which files will be split of recordings.
Remember save changes to file.
Frequent Problems

2 - Does not store
There may be a problem with the file system or the battery. First check if your computer recognizes the USB recorder and try formatting it in FAT32 format by previously doing a Backup of your files and the UserConfig.txt file
