Step 1 - Load
It is necessary to charge the product before its first use. To charge the battery remove the USB connector pushing and sliding the side actuator and connect to the load with the switch OFF. El charging time is about 3 hours when connected to a charging from a 5 Volt and 0.5 Amp USB port (
Maximum 5V 0.5A, if more amperage is used, the useful life will be reduced or the battery will stop working).
while charging will appear on the “charging” screen and the charge is 100% when the battery icon is static.
Step 2 - Power On/Off, Lock and Record
To turn on the recorder Press and hold the side button ⏯️ for 2 seconds. Press again 2 seconds to delete.
Press and hold the side button ↪️ for 2 seconds to Lock unlock. This function locks all buttons except the REC switch.
To record, even with the recorder turned off, turn up the REC switch to the top position. For pause/resume recording press ⏯️ and to stop and save recording lower the REC switch. Files are automatically divided into files maximum 2 hours. The recorder allows connection of an external microphone in the top connector with the 🎤 icon. It is recommended connect it before to start recording.
Step 3 - Change Language and General Settings
Turn on the recorder and select the settings gear icon using the buttons located on the right of the recorder next/previous ↔️ and select ⏯️. Then choose «Language» from the options and select the desired language. To go back press ↪️.
From this menu you can also modify other values as set date and time using the + and - buttons, when locked or turned off automatically after a certain period of inactivity, define a password for lock screen or factory reset the recorder.
Step 4 - Recording Menu
Turn on the recorder and select the recording menu using the buttons located on the right of the recorder next/previous ↔️ and select ⏯️. In this recording menu we can modify recording parameters:
- The Recording Library setting allows play recordings from among 3 storage libraries.
- The Recording Quality setting allows adjust recording quality for values 32/64/128/512/1024/1536Kbps.
- The Recording Sensitivity value allows you to adjust how sensitive the microphone is by selecting between Low, Medium or High.
- The AVR value sets the sound detection recording. The Values from 0 to 9 establish the sensitivity, with 0 being off (continuous recording) and 1 being the least sensitive and 9 being the most sensitive (activation with fewer decibels).
- The Loop Record value allows set whether to overwrite older files when the storage is full.
- The Recording Monitor setting allows set default volume from 0 to 31 when the recording is played.
- The Recording Timer value Allows you to program when recording starts and stops depending on the time.
- The File Directory value allows choose which folder they are stored in the recordings between A, B and C.
Step 5 - Playback and Delete
Turn on the recorder and select music menu using the buttons located on the right of the recorder next/previous ↔️ and select ⏯️. In this menu we can listen to the songs or other audio that we have inserted into the recorder. To listen to recordings access the recording menu, Click on the file library where it was recorded. The playback controls are:
- ⏯️ button – Select or Pause/Play.
- Volume + or – button / Press – Volume Up/Down
- Volume Button ↔️ / Press – Next/Previous Audio
- Volume Button ↔️ / Hold - Go back
To access the file deletion menu press while playing M button.
Step 6 – Force Restart
If the recorder stop working or it stays blocked hold down the button ⏯️ for 15 seconds.
Frequent Problems
1 - Does not turn on

2 - Does not store
There may be a problem with the file system or the battery. First check if your computer recognizes the USB recorder and try formatting it in FAT32 format by previously doing a Backup of your files.
3 - Does not play
The files will be saved in MP3 format or WAV format. We can Search Google for a WAV to MP3 converter that plays most operating systems and devices or download the free VLC program for Windows or Mac that allows you to play WAV files.
