I've bought two different ones, and they work: one of them is the Ultra. They arrived the same week, even though I live on the tip of Spain. The Bluetooth part is smaller than it looked in the photo or video (I'd say about half a clothespin). The Ultra has good sound; if you look at my ear, I BET you can feel the wire sticking out, but it doesn't quite reach the ear. You have to be careful to see it because it's as small as the button on a pen, and the batteries are super small, I'd say about the size of a lentil.
