I can't hear, I hear low...
Spy Earpieces
The spy earpiece does not work
Check that the induction necklace or Bluetooth microphone is turned on and has battery power. Make sure that the battery in the spy earpiece is correctly inserted or that the induction piece is connected.
No sound is heard or the volume is very low
Check that the spy earpiece is correctly positioned in your ear. Increase the volume on your mobile phone or audio source. If you are using a microSD card, check that the audio is recorded correctly.
Only heard through one ear or a single spy earpiece
This problem is usually related to incorrect placement of the spy earpiece or confusion between the components of the kit. Nano spy earpieces work by electromagnetic induction and contain no internal electronic components, making it impossible for one to work and the other not.
A constant high-pitched buzzing sound (like a bee)
This may be due to the spy earpiece being poorly positioned or the battery being low. Reposition it correctly and check the charge.
You can't hear the calls but you can hear the audios.
On Bluetooth devices, check that your mobile phone has configured the device correctly for calls.
The Bluetooth device does not appear or does not connect
Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone, keep the device nearby, and repeat the pairing process. If the problem persists, restart both devices.

The microphone jammer does not block recordings
Please note that frequency jammers are not effective against audio recorders, as these do not emit signals that can be blocked. To override audio recordings, devices are used that emit ultrasonic waves or signals that interfere with microphones, distorting the sound captured. Make sure that the jammer is correctly oriented towards the area where the microphones are located and that it is operating at the correct power level.
The mobile signal blocker does not block car key or mobile signals.
Make sure the jammer is designed to cover the specific frequencies you want to block, such as those used by car keys (usually 315 MHz or 433 MHz) or mobile networks (GSM, 3G, 4G). Make sure the antennas are properly connected and that the device is operating at the appropriate power. Keep in mind that the use of signal jammers may be regulated by law in your country.
The device gets hot during use
It is normal for inhibitors and detectors to generate heat during operation due to energy consumption. However, if the device becomes excessively hot, turn it off and allow it to cool before using it again. Ensure that the ventilation grilles are not obstructed and that the device is in a well-ventilated environment.
Battery drains quickly
Intensive use of features such as continuous detection or signal transmission may consume more battery power.
